I am a digital marketing and lead generation specialist with substantial experience in growing start-up businesses, by leveraging latest digital marketing trends (e.g. video marketing, influencer marketing etc)

Originally from Germany, I have lived and worked in Cape Town for over 10 years.

During my career, I had the pleasure of gaining experience in a variety of industries including BPO, tourism, software and eCommerce. Currently I am heading up the marketing for a global recruitment agency based in Cape Town, planning and practically implementing all external communication strategies for all brands under the Initiate Holdings umbrella. I also recently finished an interesting remote assignment with an American eCommerce company, which involved working closely with tech influencers to increase the brand’s market share in Germany.

I am an MBA graduate with marketing and project management major and years of experience in cultivating start-up companies.

Passionate about people and human psychology, I enjoy networking and the challenges of collaborating in culturally diverse teams. In all previous roles I was either hands-on involved or managed and trained teams to complete projects.

I am completely comfortable producing marketing strategies, driving action plans, analysing and optimising campaigns and coordinating creative teams. Although my focus has been on digital marketing I have successfully created offline marketing campaigns too.
