With over 7 years of experience as an administrative assistant in various fields, I bring extensive knowledge in office organization, patient administration, accounting, and human resources. I have worked in diverse industries, including healthcare and hospitality, continuously developing my skills in organization and customer relations. My previous responsibilities have included:

• Assisting the administrative and finance directorate • Administrative patient management • Computer-based maintenance management • Accounting and database management • Recruitment and onboarding • Organizing training sessions

In addition, I have 6 years of experience in caregiving, both in nursing homes and home care, which highlights my empathetic and solution-oriented approach to work.

Another strength of mine is my multilingualism. Growing up in Luxembourg, I became fluent in four languages—Luxembourgish, German, English, and French—both orally and in writing.

I am dedicated, well-organized, and known for my strong customer focus and communication skills.

I started my own Business - Tiny Office LXB - in January 2024 besides my 9-5 Job. But, as of january 2025 I will be on unpaid leave for 2 years - my plans are to travel, work 100% remote and make my business grow and become a "forever Virtual Assistant" :)
