2. Bilingual Customer Support (GER-ENG) needed
Bilingual Head of Customer Experience & Marketing (f/m) - Remote, 20 - 40 hours per week
▶▶ Description: We are looking for a qualified candidate for the position of: Head of Customer Experience (f/m) The ideal candidate is a highly driven individual who is willing to learn to do hands-on work. You will essentially be the point of contact to the customers, and the voice and eyes of the company.
The role includes (but is not limited to) working with Amazon customers and answering their question about the products (customer support) on a daily base. You’ll also be managing our client´s online communities, coordinating freelancers (content creation), developing relationships with Social Media influencers on a global scale and executing marketing campaigns.
You will join the team as a freelancer either full or part time. Genuine interest in healthy lifestyle and nutrition is an essential part of our clients company culture, so we’re looking for individuals who match this.
▶▶ In this role you will be responsible for:
✓ Handling customer support inquiries (tickets and online comments) and creating templates ✓ Working with online influencers (developing campaigns together) ✓ Managing our client´s online communities (Instagram, Facebook and own site)
▶▶ Requirements:
You MUST have native level language skills in both, German AND English. You will have to manage Customer Support for Italy, France and Spain on occasion, so knowledge of those languages is desirable, but not essential. The majority of your contacts will be in German. All previous experience in working for StartUps are considered a plus, but are not required. The motivation & willingness to learn makes the difference.
